Fungi systems for a resilient Switzerland
The topic of fungi/mushrooms, mycelium and fermentation has enormous potential for food and agriculture. We would like to bring the community of those interested in this field closer together. Innovative ideas for the use of fungi in the Agro-Food System will be presented and discussed at this joint meeting.
