Gemeinsam gehen wir den Herausforderungen Städtischer Landwirtschaftsbetriebe nach zum Thema: Richtig (land-) wirtschaften in urbanem Umfeld Die Landwirtschaft steht vor grossen Herausforderungen: steigende Kosten, begrenzte Flächen, der Klimawandel und oft fehlende Anerkennung ihrer Leistung durch die Bevölkerung. Wie können urbane Landwirtschaftsbetriebe wirtschaftlicher, sichtbarer und selbstbewusster agieren? In diesem Open Exploration Workshop erforschen wir gemeinsam die Hürden und Chancen für Landwirtschaftsbetriebe, die im städtischen Umfeld wirtschaften. Wir tauschen Erfahrungen aus, entdecken innovative Lösungsansätze und entwickeln Handlungsmöglichkeiten, um die Leistungen städtischer Landwirtschaft nachhaltig und wirtschaftlich zu gestalten.
