Cette rencontre du groupe d'innovation insectes est consacrée aux projets suisses en cours et au renforcement de la communauté en Suisse, et comprend une visite guidée des nouveaux laboratoires de l'Eawag à Dübendorf.

La 15 rencontre de ce groupe d'innovation portera sur les produits à base de plantes, couvrant des aspects allant de la valeur nutritionnelle aux opportunités de valorisation (upcycling), en passant par l'optimisation des solutions à base de plantes en matière de profils organoleptiques et de préférences des consommateurs. La réunion comprend des présentations ainsi qu'une visite de l'AgroFoodPark.
