Au programme; découverte et dégustation de nouvelles variétés de baies riches en antioxydants telles que la Goji, informations sur les principes actifs et exemples d’utilisation en agroalimentaire avec aspects galéniques. Un travail pratique vous sera également proposé; réaliser diverses associations jus de fruits et plantes avec analyse sensorielle. Le tout sera complété par une visite des serres et terrains de culture du site d’Agroscope Conthey, de la plateforme technologique de Mediplant et du séchoir à plantes médicinales.

Ob es sich um eine neue Produktion handelt oder um innovative Vermarktungswege - im Zentrum steht die regionale Produktion, der Mehrwert für den Landwirtschafts- und Ernährungssektor und die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den verschiedenen Stufen der Wertschöpfungskette. Verschiedene Förderinstrumente und Institutionen unterstützen die Entwicklung von neuen, regionalen und nachhaltigen Wertschöpfungsketten.
