Au programme; découverte et dégustation de nouvelles variétés de baies riches en antioxydants telles que la Goji, informations sur les principes actifs et exemples d’utilisation en agroalimentaire avec aspects galéniques. Un travail pratique vous sera également proposé; réaliser diverses associations jus de fruits et plantes avec analyse sensorielle. Le tout sera complété par une visite des serres et terrains de culture du site d’Agroscope Conthey, de la plateforme technologique de Mediplant et du séchoir à plantes médicinales.
