Research and development of new protein sources and innovative processing techniques for the holistic use of high-protein raw materials with both plant and animal based raw materials (except meat) are the base for this innovation group. Considering different sources of proteins and combining it with with novel processes is one element. Understanding the plant physiology to optimally release proteins and also to understand the nutritional aspects of the finished products are other elements that will be looked at. At the Kick Off we will look at the entire chain from field to gut and mirror it with aspects of processing. A fully loaded afternoon is awaiting you.
