The workshop explores how to organize the journey from farm to table efficiently, sustainably, and healthily, leveraging digitalization. The focus is on understanding challenges across the value chain, from precision agriculture and smart logistics to food processing and digital consumer services, rather than generating new ideas.
Participants examine the interconnections between data, energy, water, soil, nutrients, labor, time, and capital, and how digital solutions can reduce conflicts and enable innovation. They learn system analysis methods and exchange perspectives with actors from agriculture, food processing, gastronomy, and research.
