Projects, processes, and innovations are a central theme of Peter Braun's career in the food industry. His many years of experience, as a project engineer and process developer in R&D at Kraftfoods and as head of R&D, technology and marketing at Bühler AG, as well as a lecturer in process engineering, will now contribute to the development of the industry at Swiss Food Research. His network and knowledge make him a popular sparring partner for all members.

Benjamin Rohrer,
Innovation Manager
Agricultural scientist by profession, Benjamin Rohrer has been supporting Swiss Food Research in promoting innovation since 2017 and represents the association in Western Switzerland. He works as a data model engineer in a start-up for agricultural technology data and knows the processes of innovations from the research and start-up environment. With his ideas he likes to make a contribution to sustainability.

She has worked in international corporations and in business development for Italian food companies. Further education courses at IMD, Lausanne and UC Berkeley Extension, California for business start-up and leadership sparked her curiosity for innovation. She loves to develop strategies and implement them immediately in new business areas. Today with a special focus on people and the environment. She has also had experience with her own start-ups and loves to offer opportunities to the Swiss Food Research start-up community.
