What is the Alpine Hack about?

What?

The aim for the participants is to develop a functioning open-source software or hardware prototype – solutions that eliminate real problems, for real companies. Blockchain Technology will be the center of all predefined challenges. 24 hours of Innovation, personal development and lots of fun.

Who?

This hackathon is fully free and open to software developers, hackers, IT-freaks, solution-minded- and business people to solve the predefined challenges.
Teams and single people are welcome!
Subscription beforehand is obligatory.

When and where?

Salle Maia – Technopôle, Sierre Switzerland.
Starting Friday October 4th, 11am (warm-up 9-11)
to Saturday, October 5th, 11am.
Announcement of the winner: Saturday, 12:30
We grant our participants 24 hours.

Winner?

The winning teams compete for a prize pool worth CHF 70’000.00 total.
Also the overall winner team will have the possibility to present their solution on Saturday at CryptoMountain Rocks (@Foyer, Technopole Sierre) to an international Blockchain Audience.
